| Do I need hunting license to hunt at LHC? |
| The State of Colorado does not require our hunters to have a license in order to hunt on our private property; however, if you chose to hunt a wild bird area you will need a license. We do require that all hunters have a hunters safety card. |

| Does LHC have areas for wild bird hunting? |
| At LHC we strive to make all of our hunts as close to wild bird hunting as possible. For those hunters that want the complete wild bird hunting experience we also have wild bird hunting areas. See our hunting preserve page for more details on wild bird hunting. If you chose to hunt these exclusive areas you will need a license. |

| Do you allow youth hunts with family members? |
| Yes, we allow children twelve years of age or older to hunt at our ranch. The minor must be accompanied by an adult that is 21 years of age or older. Both hunters must have a hunters safety card. |

| When can I call to make reservations to hunt your club? |
| We begin taking reservations on September 1st of each year. Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve the date for your hunt. Keep in mind that our weekend hunts book up very quickly. |

| What type of hunting clothes will we need to bring? |
| We require that ALL of our hunters wear an orange hat, protective eye wear and a coat, vest or shirt with some visible orange for their safety. |

| Can you furnish hunts with or without dogs and guides? |
| We offer both guided and self-guided packages. Each package can also include our professional trained dogs by request. See our packages for more details. |

| What is the hunting schedule for LHC? |
| Our season starts on November 1st and closes on March 31 each year. The only exception to these dates is our exclusive wild bird areas where the season date is set by the State of Colorado. See the state of Colorado’s Wild Bird hunting rules for further details. |

| Do you have overnight accommodations? |
| At LHC we have a guest house and RV hook ups for overnight accommodations. See the guest house and RV hookups pages for details. Please contact us to make a reservation. Keep in mind that our accommodations can book up very quickly on the weekends. |
