The Laybourn family has lived in Cope Colorado since 1884. Our hunting preserve was established in 1999 and is designed to provide our guests with an excellent hunting experience. We have dedicated over 1,200 acres of our 2,500 acre farm to wildlife habitat, nesting areas and food plots for our birds to enhance your hunting experience. In addition to our native bird population we offer released birds of Chukar, Pheasant and Quail at the hunters' request.
